The Mostra Estufa emerges from a shared desire by Erva Daninha and the Teatro Municipal do Porto to create space for new languages, aesthetics, and dramaturgies within contemporary circus. It is conceived as a laboratory space where new creators and emerging proposals can take root, contributing to the development of this field, particularly at the national level. Much like a greenhouse, it aims to provide the ideal conditions to nurture research into form, content, and technical experimentation.
