Oppo is a multidisciplinary duo born from the encounter between two artists with distinct backgrounds and journeys. Their language moves through burlesque, physicality, and circus.

Eva, from Portugal, began her circus journey at the Chapitô school in Lisbon. She later completed her professional training in circus and movement arts at INAC, specializing in handbalancing and contortion.

Georgie, from the United States, started her circus path in New York, which she paused to explore dance and multidisciplinary arts. She later continued her training at the FLIC school in Italy, specializing in dance trapeze.

The partnership was born in France, where they met during their artistic training at Arc en Cirque. Through their characters, they explore the interstitial spaces between identities and transpose their circus techniques onto objects and into innovative worlds.
