The Outdoor Arts Portugal Online Showcase 2026 returns this November, bringing contemporary artistic creation in public space and contemporary circus in Portugal to an international audience of cultural professionals. Taking place on 17 November at 15:00 (CET), the online session offers an opportunity to discover new artistic projects, explore contemporary creative approaches and establish connections with artists and companies working in Portugal.

Bringing together projects selected through an open call, this edition reflects the diversity of artistic languages, formats and aesthetic perspectives shaping the Portuguese outdoor arts landscape. Through a series of pitch-style presentations, participating artists and companies will introduce their creative proposals, offering international programmers an insight into new productions and opportunities for future collaboration and circulation.

Beyond the presentation of individual projects, the Online Showcase provides a perspective on the evolving artistic landscape in Portugal, highlighting contemporary dramaturgies, aesthetic experimentation and new approaches to public space as a context for artistic creation and engagement. It creates a space for dialogue between artists and cultural professionals, supporting the development of international connections and expanding opportunities for Portuguese creation within the wider outdoor arts sector.

The Outdoor Arts Portugal Online Showcase is part of the strategic programme of the Outdoor Arts Portugal platform, which brings together international promotion, capacity building, research and sectoral observation. By connecting artistic creation with international programming networks, the initiative contributes to strengthening the visibility, recognition and circulation of contemporary outdoor arts from Portugal.

Registrations are now open to programmers, festival representatives and cultural professionals worldwide. Participation is free.
